There are many purposes for which Involver research can be used. "Natuurmonumenten" (society for preservation of nature monuments in the Netherlands) is one of the agencies that have already used Involver.
Natuurmonumenten wanted to change its strategy for membership recruitment by shifting their focus to increase the income from people who were already members. In order to achieve this goal, they developed a new member-binding programme. Natuurmonumenten wanted to be able to respond to their members' expectations and demands better and thus wanted to conduct an investigating research.
The Involver research, then, was conducted among respondents who were already members of Natuurmonumenten. They were asked for their ideas concerning the recruitment and binding of members. Involver is the perfect tool for this, as Natuurmonumenten held online brainstorm sessions in which respondents exchanged ideas. Eventually, the Natuurmonumenten Involver research brought forward some good points of improvement for member-binding relations, which has helped the organisation a great deal.
