Process
ISIZ has considerable experience from which you can benefit. In the years of ISIZ existence thousands of surveys have been programmed and millions of questionnaires have been filled out. The exact details of this process are described below:
Designing the survey
You design a questionnaire and send it to ISIZ. In an optimal questionnaire, the questions are clear, concise and asked in the right order, using the right lay-out. ISIZ has both the knowledge and experience to offer advice if required.
Scripting the survey
When your requests are clear, ISIZ starts programming the questionnaire. During this process, the Survey Manager will make sure each step of the process is thoroughly checked. The questionnaire is looked at by at least four different people. This way, the number of mistakes can be kept to a minimum.
Test survey
Within a few days after sending the questionnaire, you will be sent a test link. Through this test link you can run through the complete questionnaire, so you can vouch for its quality and content. If the questionnaire is not satisfactory, ISIZ will make the required changes .
Inviting Respondents
As soon as you definitively approve of the test link, the questionnaire is put on a production server and tested again by ISIZ. Subsequently, your respondents can be invited to participate in the research. ISIZ can help you write attractive invites to achieve an optimal response. You can use your own respondent files, but ISIZ can also provide you with respondents via our relationships with external parties.
Hosting Results
After your project has gone live, you can follow its progress via the on-line monitors. This ensures an efficient process because it enables you to take action quickly and start the data analysis when you have gathered sufficient data. You can also use the SurveyAlerts application. You will automatically receive a text or e-mail when enough respondents have been gathered.
During the process of filling out the questionnaire, respondents can get help from the helpdesk if they encounter problems. Technical questions are answered by ISIZ, problems concerning content are forwarded to you, and the respondent is informed. ISIZ aims for a maximum reaction period of 36 hours.
Delivering Results
The final results are delivered in Excel or SPSS. If so required table books can also be provided.
