Continuous
A continuous monitor offers you constant insight in the development of your respondents' opinions. As a result of e.g. contact with a customer, a survey may be automatically made ready for your respondent. Subsequently, the respondent can be automatically invited.
Alerts
There is nothing as unpleasant as finding out afterwards
that a respondent was unhappy with the process. For this reason,
you can indicate in our monitor if you would like to receive alerts
on the basis of specific answers. This can be done on the basis of
a single survey or on the basis of a certain number of respondents.
When the alert conditions are met, the respondent will be asked if
their anonymity can be cancelled. If the respondent agrees to this,
you can immediately take action.
Pro-active Monitoring
A continuous monitor means an investment of time, money,
and your respondents' attention. We find it very important,
therefore, that the results will be used to an optimal effect. One
way to achieve this is by periodically mailing a personalised
result overview to interested parties. This way, the monitor is
periodically brought to attention. It is also possible to export
(part of) the results to an intranet, SharePoint, or a monitor
within the organisation.
